Site Inspection

We visit the destination prior to departure to make sure the venues and events will happen exactly as planned.  We are constant and meticulous planners, leaving no stone unturned.

Through our affiliation with Virtuoso, the leading luxury travel consortium, our buying power, relationships, and aggressive negotiations on your behalf, we ensure the best prices and services for your program.  We make it a practice to know our competition in the marketplace and  we are committed to the highest value at the most reasonable cost.


We utilize online registration technology, bringing ease to communicating with participants, and eliminating errors like misspelled names.  Your participants can visit our online registration site to view information on the destination, resort, and group itinerary.  Our technology is also reportable, enabling us to provide you with timely status reports as to attendee participation.

Pre-Trip Services

From logging frequent flyer miles to air deviation, we are always available to answer questions and take care of special requests (spa reservations, optional excursions, car rental, etc.).

Airline Reservations, Group Contracting & Ticketing

Sabre, our in-house reservation system gives us access and pricing to 380+ airline industry companies around the world.  Through our affiliations with Virtuoso, and BCD, a leading provider of global corporate travel management,  we are able to offer you buying power beyond compare. 

Creative Concepts

Our team will design and coordinate all of the logistical details, taking the burden off your staff.  From entertainment and guest speakers to the table clothes and centerpieces for your events.  Custom signage will be present at the airport, hotel check-in, the hospitality desk and any private event.      

Trip Delivery and Event Coordinators

We carefully select our Event Coordinators for each client and each trip.  Our Event Coordinators have years of on-site destination knowledge to guarantee a flawless reward experience.  They are empowered to make decisions and address any last-minute issues, such as misplaced luggage or delayed flights, that can come up. 

On-site Communications

For your convenience while in-country, you will be supplied with a local phone programmed with all the contact phone numbers of your Event Coordinators from both World Travel and the resort. 

Hospitality Desk

In addition to on-site Event Coordinators, we can provide an on-site Hospitality Desk for your trip participants. Staffed by local professional Tour Directors, the Hospitality Desk is there to provide restaurant recommendations, make reservations, suggest activities, answer questions, and to be a full-time resource for any need or desire during the trip – a private and dedicated concierge desk.

Post-Program Assessment

We strive to develop long-term relationships with our client’s so we are always eager to improve on perfection, year after year.  Upon return, we look forward to a post-program review to assess overall satisfaction.  This meeting can also be a good time to explore ideas for your next program.
